You should be receiving TWO very important emailsshortly to the email address registered with PAYPAL. (CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER IN YOUR EMAIL - THEY SOMETIMES GO THERE)
The FIRST email with send you to a registration link. The email address you register with will then receive the SECOND email which will prompt you to set up your password.
Please keep this password in a really safe place (Maybe take a photo of it on your phone before finishing the process)
