        Meet The Speakers

        Nick Schuster, owner of Scarborough Physiotherapy and Health and Founder of the Ultimate Physio

        Nick Schuster is a physio, business owner, and author of “Becoming the Ultimate Physio - a practical guide to private practice success”. In his 15 years as a physio clinic owner, he has seen it all. He has interviewed, mentored and hired hundreds of physio, allied health and admin staff, and he knows what makes employees tick. After going through a significant period of upheaval at his clinic in 2014 Nick has designed a unique leadership and team mentoring method that has allowed him to double his clinic revenue while halving his clinical hours, and creating a work environment in which his team loves coming to work, and perform at their best on a daily basis. Nick will teach you how to achieve your version of success in your clinic, through leadership and team mentoring education.

        Neil Fairley - Founder of ContractRight

        Neil Fairley is the founder of ContractRight - a firm that helps businesses to ensure compliant contractor engagement in an age of increasing regulatory complexity and uncertainty.

        Before founding ContractRight Neil worked in a number of consulting roles within the contractor compliance space, including 11 years as Managing Director of Workforce Advisors Group.

        His clients range from SME’s to national companies all with the need to deploy a contractor driven workforce; he has in-depth experience in working across the white collar, grey and blue collar segments. Given the recent "employee vs contractor" challenges in the private practice physiotherapy profession Neil has dedicated special interest towards helping physio clinic owners overcome these issues.

        Neil has written and self-published several management books and recently wrote papers on “ABN Abuse” for the Federal Governments Black Economy Taskforce.
