You can access the course at https://www.ultimate.physio/members/be-the-ultimate-physio-hub-page/. You can also find the course via the top menu (RESOURCES > MEMBERS ACCESS).
To access the members access area which contains the course, you will need to be logged into the website. You should have got your login information when went through the sign up process but you can reset your password at https://www.ultimate.physio/my-account/lost-password/.
You can also access your account information (e.g. order history, invoices, downloads) from https://www.ultimate.physio/my-account/.
